إرهاب الدولة

بعد تهديد حركة مناوي باعلان الحرب داخل الخرطوم واستعمال السلاح ضد الثوار، كتب مولانا إسماعيل التاج:

يعود السودان بسرعة إلى عصر “الدولة الراعية للإرهاب” عبر أوسع أبواب القصر الجمهوري.

الراعي الرسمي:
المكون العسكري في مجلس السيادة، جبريل، مناوي، التوم هجو، عسكوري، أردول.

جريمة حرب: يحظر القانون الدولي استهداف ومهاجمة المدنيين ويعتبرها جريمة حرب. الآن هنالك إعلان واضحةعن النية/القصد لإرتكاب جريمة حرب ضد المدنيين في السودان .

لذلك يُعتبر المكون العسكري، جبريل، مناوي، عسكوري، التوم هجو، واردول فاعلون و/أو محرضون على ارتكاب جريمة حرب بالمساعدة المباشرة أو غير المباشرة أو بالتقاعس.

State Terrorism

Sudan is rapidly back to the era of the ‘State Sponsor of Terrorism’ via the widest doors of the Republican Palace.

Official Sponsor:
The Military Component in Sovereign Council, Jibril, Minawi, Al-Tom Hajo, Askouri, and Ardol.

Attacking and targeting civilians and cities is a War Crime.

War Crime: International law prohibits targeting and attacking civilians and considers it a war crime. Now, there is a DECLARATION of INTENTION to COMMIT a war crime against civilians in Sudan. Therefore, the military component, Jibril, Minawi, Askouri, Altom Hajo, and Ardol are ALL considered perpetrators and/or instigators of the commission of a war crime with direct or indirect assistance or by inaction.

Under Customary International Law: At all times, it is forbidden to direct attacks against civilians; indeed, to attack civilians intentionally while aware of their civilian status is a war crime.
